FEHRL Project Management Training

FEHRL Project Management Training – Brussels, 14 -16 November 2012. The major objective of the course is to understand the procedures and techniques needed to work effectively in the European Commission and other multinational projects. This training course will focus on building teamwork with experts from different nations and cooperate with experts from the public and industrial academic sectors.



Lectures and workshops will be performed by professional trainers, qualified project managers and Commission officials. The programme also includes the visit of the European Parliament, European Commission and other organizations, which will help participants to learn how to work with members of industry and the Commission.

By addressing the management principles, the workshops aim to:

  • assist people with project management  from a road research perspective,  in the development of proposals and to building  teams within multi-national projects,
  • prepare participants  to effectively communicate and function during periods of change,
  • increase the organisational and financial know-how,
  • establish links with experienced project managers.

The cost of this 3 day course is 950 euro ex. VAT (not including accommodation and evening meals).
