Tadas Andriejauskas appointed as FEHRL Research Coordinator for Lithuanian Road Research Institute (RRI)

Tadas Andriejauskas has been appointed as the Research Coordinator of the Lithuanian Road Research Institute (RRI). RRI joined FEHRL as a new member in autumn last year - click here for more details.

Tadas started working as an engineer at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University Road Research Institute at 2011. He has experience within the following different fields of work:

• Road safety: Road safety auditing. Some research projects about effectiveness of road safety measures were done.
• Intelligent transport systems: His major activity in this field was preliminary work (feasibility study; analysis of preliminary road sections for system stations) for traffic monitoring and weigh-in-motion system implementation in Lithuanian road network.
• Road surface characteristics: Research of tyre/road interaction impact on various environmental and road safety issues.
• Collaboration with partners throughout preparation and research process for international research projects.
