Czech Science Foundation project No. 103/09/1499: Multichannel Ground Penetrating Radar as a Tool for Monitoring of Road and Bridge Structures, is solved by CDV-Transport Research Centre (2009 - 2011). The main aim of the project is a verification of potential of multichannel ground penetrating radar (GPR) as a non-destructive tool for detection of road defects and bridge defects. Project is focused on design and practical verification of test procedures for: -detection of voids under roadbase of jointed unreinforced concrete pavements (URC), -detection of excessive amount of water in structural layers of pavements, -determination of crack depth in the bituminous layers, -detection of bridge defects. Design of an appropriate configuration of GPR for individual applications, measurement at prepared laboratory samples, measurement in LGTF (laboratory geotechnical testing field - located on the premises of CDV), in situ measurements and optimization of evaluation method for four above mentioned applications of GPR is planned within the project.

The similarity algorithm calculates how much two contents in the system are similar to one another. So far, similarity is calculated based on similarity of the project type, area of interest and user type. Generally, if two contents have more parameters in common they are more similar to each another. More information.
