Click here or from the attachment below to get information about the FEHRL Scanning Tour 2016 Workshop on Infrastructure Resilience taking place on Friday 25th November 2016 from 2.30-6.00 pm at the Hanshin Expressway Company Limited in Osaka, Japan. The workshop will include presentations by FEHRL and major Japanese companies involved with infrastructure resilience,as well as discussions/sharing of knowledge on technologies, key issues and challenges to ensuring the resilience of infrastructure subject to extreme events. The desired outcome is an improved understanding of how roads and associated infrastructure in Japan and Korea are managed in terms of the provision and maintenance of a resilient network. This will be achieved through visits to research facilities and companies responsible for the management of the road network.
