COSTS	The tuition fee for one course of 5 days in Brussels is 1 900 Euros + VAT. Included in the course fee are lectures, literature, five lunches, all coffee breaks, and one evening dinner during the entire course. The course fee does not include accommodation, breakfast, other dinners except the first evening, travelling or other personal expenses.
APPLICATION	Please download the application form and send it together with a short summary of your experience on RSA & RSI.
PAYMENT	The registration of a participant is only confirmed once the application is validated and the payment received. In any case, the full payment of 1900 euro + VAT should be made before 15th July 2013. The final list of participants to the session will be confirmed and sent to you by the end of July 2013.

HOTELS
CANCELLATION POLICY	In case of unexpected and exceptional situation, substitution of participants is allowed at any time and without charges. However, in the event of a cancellation by the registered participant to the training after 15th July 2013, only 50 % of the amount (VAT excluded) will be refunded. In the event of a cancellation to the training after 1st September 2013, no refund can be claimed. The organization of this session is subject to revision following participants’ registration (min.12 max.16). Please do not pay any travel tickets or hotel rooms before receiving the confirmation that training will take place.
